How long does my rug take to arrive?
Every rug is made to order. Please allow approximately 28–43 business days for production and delivery combined. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping conditions.
Can I order a custom design?
Absolutely! We love bringing your ideas to life. Send us your artwork, photo, or original concept, and we'll help turn it into a custom rug. All designs are subject to approval and production feasibility. You must have permission to use any submitted artwork.
Can I request a different size?
Of course! Our standard sizes are Small (60 cm), Medium (75 cm), and Large (100 cm), measured along the longest side. The other dimension adjusts to preserve the artwork's original proportions.

Are the rugs soft?
Yes! Our rugs feature a soft, low-pile carpet surface with detailed, full-colour prints. They're designed to feel comfortable while keeping your favourite designs looking sharp and vibrant.
Will my rug look exactly like the product image?
We aim to reproduce every design as accurately as possible. Some product images are digital mockups, so slight differences in colour, texture, and finishing may occur in the finished rug.
Can I cancel my order?
Because every rug is made to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make changes. Cancellations may be possible before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation options may be limited, subject to applicable consumer rights.
